I want to have a clear answer about:
'Is it allawed to create (add) new server rules?

Some say no, some say yes.. so is it allawed?

you are sure right? (because I heard that servers get deleted from the master list when they mess with server rules)

You can change anything except the Read Only Variables which can be found in /rcon varlist
