Can anyone please tell me how to Un-Write Protect a file?

Everytime i change the Read Only, and Save, and reclick that window its Ticked

Maybe its spyware, im just guessing since i had a spyware that blocked "show hidden and system files" (whenever i selected it, it just reverted back to not show). Try Combofix program.
