is there a animation so it would like the player is singing, but without any music?
or something like it, but it must look like player is singing
P.S- I searched but didn`t find anything

Search on wiki, and if it doesn't exist at Single Player. It doesn't exist at all.

but it is in single player, in that mission when that black guy with black sock on his head and with lot of tattos was singing, I don`t remember missions name, but that mission was marked with "O" in map, and that guy worked in burger shop, and he was singing in bathroom

Cinematics aren't all made from anims. Most are custom, and that one's custom I guess. I don't think there's any singing anymation but there's a rapping one.
