What's the name of the software that install mods - mdubgoe - 30.06.2020
I use to have this software alot like alci's img tool but i forgot what it was called it let me install huge mods at once without saying it's to big i'm no talking about modloader or anything that requires you to use a cleo plugin, can anyone help me with the name of that tool call again that install big mods like the san andreas retexture mods big skin packs at once without saying that a file is to big

You probably mean “Spark” but nowadays everyone uses modloader which is .asi
