i cant start samp! - Darkturbo - 02.03.2009

Hello im new here.
i have a problem.
ive installed gta sa-mp today and then i wanted to start it but,when i connect to a server,GTA SA starts in Singleplayer!!!
ive tried to downgrade my version to 1.0 (my current version is 1.1) but it doesent work!

can anyone help me?
