Sudden FPS crash - LICHA - 19.04.2020

Dear SAMP community,

Please help me in solving this problem. It doesn't lag normally then for one hour I get a sudden FPS crash reaching 1,2 and then going back to 50 at least once in two or three minutes. Here are the specifications to my laptop.
I have a few mods, but removing them doesn't seem to change the problem. My internet is quite good. Please help.

I see that you're using an Acer laptop, maybe the laptop heats up and lags for a moment and if you let it rest for a few minutes, it goes to its default temperature and you can play another hour, well, I'm not sure what's causing the problem, are you sure that the fan is working perfectly?
