Hello, I'm sorry if I did this thread at the wrong prefix, but I just wanna ask about how I can make my own timecyc and how can I play with it in samp servers, thanks.

It's a GTA file containing info about weather and time.

About how to customize it, I don't know, but I do know that this is not the best place to ask, instead you should try on the GTA forums, gtamods wiki or grandtheftwiki.

I also know it cannot be synchronized from server to clients, unless using a client-side plugin.
