Sa-mp crash; client won't load Gta_sa.exe - Jamould - 26.03.2020

1. Sa-mp 0.3.7-R4.
2. windows xp.
3. Radeon Hd7750 1gb.
4. Error occurs with all servers as client won't load game.
5. See below.

Hi there,

I'm having problems playing Sa-mp.
The client loads up fine, but everytime I click connect it refuses to load the game.
I've looked at task manager while clicking connect, and the gta_sa.exe loads up for a second or 2,
then disappears.

When this problem first occurred I got an error message. After that no error message would appear, but I could
still hear the error noise. Then eventually neither the error message nor error sound would happen.

I've recently discovered that running the Sa-mp client under a different windows user account causes the error message to appear again.

I've tried all those methods, but unfortunately nothing works.

I even did a fresh install on a completely new drive, but the Sa mp client still
refuses to boot up the game.

Now I get this error when I run it on my alternate windows user account from the new drive
(still no error or even error sound on my primary account).

One thing that did work, is that running Samp.exe and Gta_sa.exe in windows 98 compatibility mode caused the error to reappear for my primary windows user account.

I've checked those error codes, but none of them match my mine.

This error first started when I used Gta San Andreas process killer, a program that allows you to crash Gta_sa.exe by pressing F7. Useful if your game crashes and your stuck with a black screen, unable to even see
task manager. This happened to me quite often.

Then one time Gta San Andreas process killer was taking a while to respond, so I spammed F7 multiple times.
Game crashed and gave me an error.

Ever since then I've been unable to boot up the game via the Sa mp client.

If you are using Windows XP - Service Pack 2, you don't need to use compatibility mode. Secondly, check within your installer on whether or not it's fully be installed. If you reply with you downloaded elsewhere then buy a legitimate copy. If this is a legitimate copy and you are trying to play then make sure you have DirectPlay installed followed by the proper DirectX 9 installed too. The same goes for Microsoft Visual too. As mentioned above do a complete fresh install, assure your drivers and minimum requirements are met, TRY USING SINGLEPLAYER first, and then at which point launch SAMP Debug and drive around for a minute or two. Afterwards go ahead and try playing on a server.
