Small Problem[Solved] - tehcudguy - 28.02.2009

It seems my script is going off at random times, anyone know what could be causing this problem?
None of the commands work, none of the functions work (auto-repair, anti-spam, etc..), It's almost like the whole script goes off
The only thing that loads is my maps, which is in the gamemode. Everything else goes off, the script crashes but the server still runs.
