i just bought the game - on-house-arrest - 27.02.2009

i just bought the game bcuz i heard about the multiplayer online. do i have to downgrade to play online or can i just simply download and install SA-MP 0.2X and play online?

no, if you have just bought the game, it has version 1.0 and that's also the version you need to play sa-mp

Yes...you need to downgrade your game to version 1.00 before you can play.
