Ok when i allways play my sa-mmp after 5 or 6 min the server restarts but only for me so plz plz help

When you're connected to the server, hold down F5 and see if you have any packet-loss. I've had this happen to me, once the packet-loss reached a certain amount, the server restarted for me, it was the servers fault though and was fixed a while later.
