setting score for team HELP PLEASE? - Drift_04 - 27.02.2009

i want to know how to make a little score panel to theright of the screen and each time u killl one of the other teams team mates you get a point.

i want to make it so if ur name colour is green ur team grove and if ur name colour is purple ur team ballas

i tried wiki and i cant find it. so could somebody please make a complete scripts for me? Thankyou!!!
