Error! - Ripe - 26.02.2009

I have run samp fine and updated all time to latest version but now I get this.



Whats Wrong?

The only way to get around this bug is creating new Windows account and playing in sa-mp there, or reinstalling windows if you dont wan't to create new accounts .

How? And why I have to make new account?
Or could I just re install both samp and sa if it helps?

What...? i just reinstalled GTA:SA when i had this problem, after that it worked fine...

Really? I try this then.Re-Install didn't work. But I made new windows account and it worked, well thanks for help I just wanted to play samp again .
