[warning] could not validate error(0:0x0) - Dawkin - 19.08.2019

I have problem when I try to add custom skin to my server.

[warning] could not validate 0x.....dff error(0:0x0)

I add 4 skin but only "Decade" work



What's problem



UPDATE: I know what's problem, the skin newer, like after 2018 will not loading but older like decade is 2016 so it's can loading. What the I try to add other skin older and all of them work very well

So how to fix that I have no idea, It's a SA-MP Bug?

It's less than 24 word/symbol so I think It's not a problem
In the topic you give me, the error is Error (44014: 0x0)
And in my topic is (0: 0x0)
