Bug with my Laptop. - Jamie0208 - 24.02.2009

Hello all, well... i have a problem with my SA-MP on my Laptop.
When i connect to a server, everything is fine. I see everything behind the skins i want to choose, i see the text, but as soon as i spawn it crashes.
And comes up with the following:
======================================
The instructions at 0x0080e607 referenced memory at 0x000004e0. The memory could not be written.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

====================================

I've tried reinstalling everything, deleted gta.set, and it still has the same problem.

If you have knowledge on why this is not working, please let me know.

Thanks.

Sounds like a server issue...

Try connecting to CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers, see if that works. It's a good benchmark

I've tried over servers, still the same problem.

Well, I used to always have this problem. What I would do is simply reinstall San Andreas and SA:MP itself.
Or there is the possibility that you might need to update to the newest SA:MP, if you haven't already.

if your gta sa version is 2.0 try to downgrade it to 1.0 !!!

Its okay, i've fixed it. I put the resolution to the lowest, and it now works. but thank you for the given help.

He said he tried that. I think its just a problem with o.2x (or whatever the new version is) on laptops.
