textdraw editor - IndependentGaming - 15.04.2019

Hello, so I have been looking for a textdraw editor for 0.3.7 R2

I tried iPLEOMAX but text doesn't show on screen (Seen video)

TDeditor does show on screen only unable to move/edit text

does anyone know another edit since I don't know how to do it otherwise

make sure to put NTD_RESOURCES.txd into ur gta san andreas /models / txd folder
