[Pawno Compiler] Unable to Execute the Compiler - Fabio11 - 22.02.2009

Hi,
I changed my PC, and when I downloaded SA-MP Server 2X, I started scripting but when I wanted to compile it says: "Unable to Execute the Compiler"
I used Search, I tested all methods I found (.Net Framework...) but It till saying that
I have Windows XP SP2

What script are you trying to compile/have you got all the right includes?

Yes, I re-downloaded the Samp Server lots of times and I ask to a friend to send me his pawno folder but it till saying that

Try to run it as an administrator.

EDIT: I FIXED IT REMOVING "DOCUMENTS" IN C: !

I have same problem but I never find document in C but its Documents and Settings and it can't deleted .

If anybody is having this issue, please make sure you have all of the programs in the picture installed.
