samp freezes - arbolitoloco - 04.03.2019

Hello, today i've installed the game, i've installed samp and gta. I can open the game but when i want to go to the map or to options my screen gets frozen and i have to open the task manager to close the game. I have Windows 10 and my pc has the requirements to play the game. I have this problem also in gta, when i press "new game". Someone knows what to do? Thanks

Seen this a lot lately, something to do with the EXE. Is it the Steam version or CD Version? If so, have you tried the downgrader on sa-mp.com?
