Problem with MS - PibotyCrack - 21.02.2019

I'm having problems only on the SAMP platform.

What happens is that when I enter a server my lag goes up too fast and I am very sure that nobody is downloading something on my internet. It's like it's a game problem. When I leave the game tab the lag returns (198 ms and such)
when I go back into the game it goes up to (1500ms 500) so on, I do not know what is happening, it helps.

Hello, could you give us some information about your pc and your internet connection? Also try to enter a server and keep pressing F5 and take a screenshot of what gets shown.
