Well, I made it here through a proxy network. Because when I use my home met, it shows that my access is forbidden and I don't root any reason for it. I couldn't access the site through my home ip.

So please check in for the same.

If you're talking about the SA-MP forums, they have banned countries such as Iran and India. The official reason is still unknown but there is speculation with DDoS attacks on the forums. I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure using a proxy network to access the forums while you're banned is technically ban evading.

What ability? Some countries are banned and he only used a vpn with different country
