Error Client exceeded 'ackslimit' (3312) Limit 3000/sec - TwoSimsLight - 09.02.2019

It happened when i was using texture studio and then i was banned from the server... how i solve it? i tried write ''ackslimit 5000" on server.cfg but keep happening
