[HELP] Launcher problem - Regicide - 29.01.2019

I create launcher in windows form net. 4.6.1 but have problem

i need script for press START (Join on server, button) and join on server, but not need this http://prntscr.com/mdt364

I'm not remember the correct argument index in the samp.exe, but I think that is samp.exe 127.0.0.1:7777.
Try start samp executable with this args.
