Well, mapping sounds good to me. This will be SA-MP's largest project.
I would only change the internal textures of the establishment note that it became too big the "blocks" of stone.

I would lower the building exteriors texture color to darker, like it would be dark brown or something, because for me personally it all seems kinda of blended. But overall it looks fantastic!
