I have the SAMP with the compatibility in Windows98 / Windows Me because it is the only way to avoid the crash, and it turns out that when executing it I do not get the window of the list of servers, but it runs directly as if I had already chosen a server , but not really because he sends me a nonexistent server since his ip is ": 7777" and I do not know how to correct it, do you help me?

This is the problem honestly. You need to keep the compatibility at XP SP2 or higher. If it crashes then the problem with your game isn't really related to the compatibility settings.

Try to apply those settings to gta_sa instead of samp
