Standard SA Materials/particles/textures/effects server glitch - ronyx69 - 21.02.2009

I completely know that this is only in my server, and all who go in to it has the glitch. The problem is, that boats, tuning parts, wheels, some trailers are not shiny like it needs to be with the weird sunset reflection but they ar just solid color like matte and it looks terrible. Do anyone knows how to fix that ?
