issue with MySQL when setting data whilst offline. - Stefhan - 27.12.2018

I'm trying to make a command to change someone's admin level when they are offline, but it's not working as intended. Basically, when I try it as it is now, it will always say it set the admin level of the player, but it didn't set it. See the code below.
