FCNPC failed to load - Printable Version

FCNPC failed to load - Verc - 22.12.2018

Whenever I try to load FCNPC the latest version(both DL or 0.3.7) it just says failed to load,no error pop-up or anything. Is there any solution?

I have installed Vcredist 2005-2017 both x86 and x64 version.
