[help] Samp03svr Crash - AnassGM - 15.12.2018

Hello Guys. i have this Problem at My Server. and i dont know how to fix it. When i want to Turn My Server ON They saying

Server './samp03svr ' crashed with exit code 0. Respawning...

Can You Help me Please? And Thanks

Btw I'm Using Windows 7.
