Hi. Why do I upload my custom skins to the host, and when the download begins, files that weigh 1 mb or more are not downloaded?

Here it is, it always freezes in the files that weigh more than 1mb, the skins of 'vc' if the normal discharge (because they weigh little), however much you wait from there the download does not pass. By the way, I use the download by server configuration (internal).
