Erro - elTioFrame - 09.12.2018

Alguйm pode me ajudar a resolver esse problema? quando eu inicio o server no console aparece isso: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

Tenta atualizar as includes, inclusive a "sscanf", por que ela nгo estб sendo carregada

Versгo do server errada || falta de plugin.
