How does people play SA:MP on Windows 10 machines, for me it either crashes on launch or nothing happens at all.
Even with ASIs which are suppose to help with the issue doesn't help.

You should download SAMP Addon 2.4, g00gle it.
I had the same issue until I downloaded it, it helps in many cases.

Running it all in administrative mode did the trick for me.
