HELP [Accounts] - SeeNN - 17.11.2018

Hei,I have a problem with Accounts. When I restart the server,statistics are not saved in database.
But,sometimes,when I don't restart the server,statistics are saved,but don't saved easy.

If someone know,I need a help..
