e os arquivos que fazem o uso desses plugins

Instale, recompile, e rode o samp-server, e aн mande o server_log.txt novamente aqui.

Bom antes eu ja tinha corrigido o problema do streamer, agora o erro e esse:

Baixe a versгo de 2015 e teste.
