UCP is required to set Up Mode - Selfton - 11.11.2018

I'm sorry, my problem would be the following, unfortunately there is a way to do it, but UCP is obliged, now I want to use the UCP, what should I do about this failure to finally complete and synchronize UCP and Mode?
