What is the reason some skins from the single player aren't used by SAMP? Are they just too bugged or what? Like the rapping midget from one cut scene.

I'm no expert on the subject, but it's basically that - they're used only in cutscenes, and have a different 'skeleton' then regular peds, causing crashes. Perhaps there will be a way around it soon.

It's a skin but just not implented in SA-MP-the skin was used in some videos that i know.

Big smoke w/ armour is used in game and in cut scenes, but I've never seen that one in SA-MP.

Ingame models can be used in cutscenes but not the other way around.

The rapping midget would be a cool addition, its like half the size of other skins, would be cool to test things with it
