KERNELBASE.dll - Akira297 - 06.11.2018

For someone who loves covering this section, I need help. My error is the following; (Unhandled exception at 0x74E617D2 in KERNELBASE.dll (+0x1117d2): 0xC06D007E: NO_DESCRIPTION.)

Please send help.

Backtrace (may be wrong):
=>0x74E617D2 RaiseException+0x62 in KERNELBASE.dll (+0x1117d2) (0x0177F300)
0x00820EFF in gta_sa.exe (+0x420eff) (0x0177F36
0x00807C27 in gta_sa.exe (+0x407c27)

Additional tips:

The game launches on singleplayer w/o modifications. The game will not load on C: drive, and will only load off of a different drive. Anyone who can help solve this will be rewarded greatly.

I have already reinstalled, Visual C++, .NET, and DirectX. (Windows already installed Direct Play for those who suggest).

Possible solutions:

1): Go to Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot and try changing your hardware acceleration.

2): Open command prompt as Administrator, type SFC /SCANNOW, wait and then restart.

3): Try downloading a different .exe of gta_sa.

Also, posting PC specs would help too. (Operating system, RAM, etc.)

I have tried every three with no solutions. The only solution is running the game off of a separate drive. Which I do not want..

I still do not have any solutions. Also noticed while booting from a different drive no .asi files will load w/ ASI Loader.
