How to freeze a car - kronka - 03.11.2018

Hello everyone, I need to freeze the car (respectively, and defrost it at the right time), how can I do it with sampgdk, and is it possible? Freeze in the sense that it was impossible to move the car in any way (except the server).

I'm working on the server SAMP for Android, respectively, there is no processing function SetVehicleParamsEx, so I asked the question, can you get out through sampgdk ?

I dont think anyone here actually runs an android server for sa-mp, this is the PC version forum. Unless anyone would know, I dont sorry.
