[FS]Seatbelt and Helmet System by EzeeCube (good for RP servers) - Barchy - 23.10.2018

Hy mates.

Today I made for you simple Helmet and Seatbelt System activate with Y(KEY_YES) YOU GET REAL SEATBELT CHECK PHOTOS.
I made it because it's good for RP. You can put helmet on when you seat on bike, motorbike and seatbet when you seat car. If you dont use seatbelt in car you will lose HP when you will crash!

Too much wasted cells...still using ProxDetector...wrong usage of functions...

Appreciate the effort tho. This script can be reduced up to 100 lines.

I like the concept, It's not as common as most stuff being put up nowadays, keep up it up. If you put it on github i can give you a few tips in a PR.
