I've heard about this hidden functions recently by someone here, it is:
forward OnClientCheckResponse(playerid, actionid, memaddr, retndata);
native SendClientCheck(playerid, actionid, memaddr, memOffset, bytesCount);
This somehow works if it's used in filterscript, it calls correctly. Also I heard that older versions of s0-beit can be detected but not the newest 0.3DL one.. but still cleo hacks can be detected with this. Does anyone knows anything about this, I will be very thankful. Maybe it is possible to make anticheat with this? I don't know.

Tried. Works with 0.3.7 (R1) only (but not 100% sure about this). Also older S0b* and Sa-Mp versions are supported too.
However this is in part useless, the best way to check if someone has S0b is to make him download a custom launcher which checks its game folder for any harmful or edited .dll - .cfg - .exe - .ini files.
The rest is just bla bla.
