Remove your hacks mods or any file can crash with your gta sa

If you have any modifications uninstall them, and try to re-launch. If it crashes with the same error then uninstall San Andreas. Reinstall it into a different location (or different name) and then reinstall SAMP. Make sure you have the correct gta_sa executable v1. If you continue to crash reply back.

Make sure you uninstall any modifications and restart san andreas. If this doesn't work then try reinstalling your san andreas and adding samp again,
