You need textdraws, these can be done with "Textdraw Editor".

Use Textdraw Editor provided Dennis12 and create the textdraws.
Example : First create the userbox(the black box) and create 2 separate texts (Male and Female) on the userbox and enable selectable textdraws for the Male and Female textdraws.

Now check out this tutorial, which will let you know how to use selectabletextdraws textdraws.
