It's really nice and dark, I like it, reminds me of Ranveholm in Half-Life 2 for some reason, the background on the top.

On your alert box you might want to remove that z-index: 3000 on your notice bar there's no reason to use it since your not overlapping anything plus it overlaps the drop down boxes in the top right making it unable to be clicked on xD

Thats a nice website, You are using angular for your main website but why Jquery and UI for the UCP? Angular is nice.
There are some bugs aswell, like in above mentioned posts, the dropdown's hide behind the warning thing.
And make sure you set the language attributes properly, my G-Translate is not working on the website.
