Cannot load library on macOS (Sublime text) - SamBum - 23.09.2018

I have a problem configure sublime text to compile script.

This is my mac which contain my server repository, I have copied two folder `bin` and `lib` inside pawno folder. (pawnc-3.10.8-macos)

This is what I have configure in build file

Error when I use `Command + B` to build

Thank for your reply, I'm using a mac which provided by my company, but I don't have permission to install any thing which may got conflict with another application/system, my mac has been updated the lastest version of macOS. And recently days I try to install sublime text to play more with C programming language, but I can't compile anymore and I don't know how to fix it, so bad.
