"ff3e25" into color like "0x33CCFF00"

?

but i would like to put a black shadow on it or to be bold.

Its possible, I had done it a few years ago using sscanf. And I don't remember right now how.

This is not the same color uh. What are you trying to do? Adding the Alpha value?

There is an only alpha value reserved to transprency on SAMP. :https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Colors_List
