when ever i spawn in a server my screen gose fuzzy with 3 colours pink green and blue and if i minimize it and bring it back up it gose how can i fix this problem?

Try changing settings in your SA options or delete gta_sa.set file from GTA San Andreas User Files.

If what Karlip said dont work try checking your video card connection and checking for latest updates

Are you sure that your san andreas version is 1.0? SA-MP does not work on versions such as 1.1 2.0 or 3.0, if you happen to have any of them you should downgrade.
