I was wondering if is it possible to exchange this textdraw ( https://imgur.com/oZXLKOP ) to this one ( https://imgur.com/RxDDJIx )

I use this following FS : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=276887 ( CarOwnership with speedometer. )

YEAH it's possible
Just replace your TD creates with fs's TD creates

Note:you must replace the correct TDs with the relevant one's in fs
1more thing: PLZ don't upload links of pics if you can, just display the direct image, it's fucking lazy to go through links
Use this format - [IMG]your image link.jpg[/IMG] //add .jpg after your link
