hi all anyone can help me ? i need two cmd if anyone can please do this free for me :

cmd : /gbike [id/playername]
it should give a player who i enter his id / name a NRG-500 and should have Limitations, when you use , the cmd will lock for 2min and say you do this recently please try again after 2min

and : /bike
this one dont need id , it will give a player who use this a nrg-500 ! and no limitations ...

thnx guys please don't interview that page who i should pay cash and hire a scripter if anyone can do this free for me please post his codes <3 thnx
