Did you try installing the missing dll to your system? And do you have the sscanf plugin and include?

Yes i have sscanf
This error has been created in my new windows and I have not had this problem before

install vc_redist 2015 (x32 & x64)
vc_redist 2017 (x32 & x64)

and it will work and if this is windows 7 then you have to update your windows to Service Pack 1 to install vc_redist
