I want the answer for the question from that topic, but in ZCMD, not strcmp.
Can someone help me? Or i can use it even if i have included ZCMD?

you have to use strcmp for making the command for a single person (only name)
otherwise you can make it normally for all players by zcmd also using zcmd you can make it for single player too
