Lag near a textdraw - Zenkoo - 04.08.2018

When i go near the 'VIP' textdraw fps decreases, it's from the gamemode, any ideas why? I'm de founder of the server.

1) not a textdraw, it's a 3d text label
2) frequently human error regarding text labels: they are mass-created at a random coordinate when the intentions was to attach them to a player.
3) not code = no solve
